Estate Administration

Estate Administration is the process of managing a person’s financial, tax, and legal position once they have died.

This means dealing with bank accounts, personal possessions, tax issues, property, investments, pensions, and many other issues that can and often do arise.

Those responsible for your Estate Administration should be competent, trustworthy, and sufficiently intelligent that they understand the complexities of the task at hand, including that they may need help and that they are carrying personal liability for their actions. The Estate Administrator/s do not have to take full responsibility, they can choose to appoint professionals such as ourselves to handle the estate and these complex issues on their behalf.

Obtaining Probate or Letters of Administration if the deceased did not leave a Will are part of the Estate Administration process.
